Bearded Dragon Games & Comics Store - Buran Doyan & Anthony Roefs

The Bearded Dragon Games & Comics store in Oneonta, NY is Your Game Minister’s Friendly Local Game Store. One of the owners, Buran Doyan, has been Craig’s GameMaster for 10+ years. The manager, Anthony Roefs (and his three store munchkins), are friendly, informed, and helpful. The store sells tabletop games, role-playing games, collectible card games, miniature war games, painting supplies, miniatures, dice, puzzles, comic books, and gaming paraphernalia. They have two rooms for playing games and a large lending library of games and rpg supplies. They also offer on-line ordering and home-delivery. Coming Soon - a mixed platform gaming room for in-person and on-line gaming! The Bearded Dragon hosts open tabletop board game night on Thursday nights.

Look for Quigley’s Cakes at game conventions and summer festivals. Sandra’s favorite game is Dungeons & Dragons. She also likes Apples to Apples, Fox in the Forest, Dixit, and Munchkin.

Sky Photos LLC - Craig Weston

Sky Photos (LLC) offers aerial photography and video artistry for lifestyle, action and commerce. Using high quality DJI equipment and Nikon based cameras, Craig and his crew can take real estate photos, map out interiors, inspect properties, and much more. Sky Photos personnel are FAA certified and carry site and flight insurance. Craig hasn’t played a game he doesn’t like, but he’s getting a bit tired of Apples to Apples.

Marisa Chism (LLC) - Massage Therapy

Marisa is a trained, licensed massage therapist in Oneonta, NY. She is trained in several massage modalities and techniques. Her goal is to use her hands and energies to help her clients. Her space, out of her home, is warm and inviting (and doubles as their game storage room, so lots of good geeky vibes.) Her website lists all the services she provides, allows on-line scheduling, and payment. Marisa’s favorite game is Munchkin.

Joe Jenks - Singer/Songwriter/Musician

Joe Jenks is an inspiring songwriter, multi-talented musician, and a skilled singer. Joe has decades of experience on the international folk circuit, several #1 folk songs and successful albums (CDs), and a wide, adoring fan base. His ministry IS music and storytelling; his songs often cry for justice and give solace to those who are struggling. His music is a unique merging of musical beauty, social consciousness, and spiritual exploration. He’s a regular presenter and performer at SUUSI, where we first met. He’s a great teacher and a fabulous performer. Joe’s favorite game is

Dunja Bosanac - Graphic Artist

Dunja Bosanac is a fabulous freelance graphic designer and illustrator that works through the website, fiver.com. (Use that link and get 10% off your first order. Your Game Minister gets the same reward, too.) Dunja specializes in logo design. She took the original artwork from Rev. Caitlin Cotter Coillberg and expanded upon it to create Your Game Minister’s logo and banner. Dunja is fluent in Serbian, Croatian, and English. She was easy to work with and finished the custom work in short order. Her favorite game is… of course… Pictionary.

It’s Getting Dicey - Herman & Cass

Have a need (or deep want) for premium gaming dice and accessories? Then It’s Getting Dicey is your source in Upstate New York. They attend game conventions and events in NY, MA, PA, CT, VT, NH, RI, and NJ (and beyond.) Herman & Cass started supplying premium math rocks to game enthusiasts in 2021. Their specialty dice include metal, hollow, liquid core, gemstone, wood, and more. D20s and full sets. They offer premium accessories like bags, trays, and towers— with artistic flare. Herman’s games of choice are Dungeons & Dragons RPG and Star Wars Shatterpoint. Cass loves playing Mice & Mystics, the cooperative fantasy board game. (One of our favorites too!)
